When I began Excel Aluminum I had been installing gutters for over 5 years in this area and wanted to start a company that did things differently, I felt rushed, pressured and was expected to do low quality work for the bottom line and it bothered me. I did the best I could to try to balance my employers expectations with my own personal values, but hoped one day I would get the opportunity to do things better instead of faster.
