Limited Warranty on Workmanship and Quality on Installation of Seamless Gutters/Soffit Fascia
Excel Aluminum of Brevard LLC warranties any gutter or soffit installation for the lifetime of the current owner of the residence when job is installed. This warranty covers leaky corners, loose spikes, standing water, leaking behind gutters, or other reasonable problems caused by improper or faulty installation. This written warranty covers only the installation process of the job, and doesn’t cover materials or normal wear and tear. Such problems are covered under the Alcoa brand in the warranty provided on their website. We promise to respond to your problem in a reasonable amount of time, and to work with you to find a solution to your problem as soon as possible. We aim to do the job correctly the first time and have had limited problems in the past, but also understand with each house and each job done that service may be required. We promise to make your satisfaction a priority and to find a resolution as quickly as reasonably possible. Our average response time to a service request is currently 1-5 business days.
Although we would like to guarantee satisfaction, we have found that you can’t please everybody all the time. Therefore, the word “reasonable” is used in the preceding paragraphs to imply that we will do our very best to bring your problem to a solution that can be agreed upon by both the customer and Excel Aluminum. We reserve certain rights to protect both us and you against solutions that we feel may cause damage to your home or property or impose unrealistic expectations upon installations and installers. These rights include placement of downspouts, pitching of gutter systems, and routing of directions of lower downspouts. Any installation of gutter that proceeds against installer recommendations will render above warranty null and void. This warranty is not transferable unless approved by authorized representative of Excel Aluminum.
Owner damage, acts of god, accidents or any other situation not involving Excel Aluminum of Brevard LLC is not covered under this warranty. We do offer a excellent repair service and will do maintenance for a minimum trip fee if contacted. Due to the high cost of fuel we charge one minimum fee and will not exceed that fee unless the material cost required exceeds current minimum trip charge at time of repair.
